Facing challenges makes you stronger and it does get easier. Moreover, getting fitter also makes you more productive! Of course, it’s easy and quick to order food delivery and keep working until it arrives… and also while you’re eating… and then, with a full stomach, keep on working some more. That’s efficient, right? Yes, in the short-term. But is takeaway keeping your body in good health? We all know the answer is NO. You cannot expect peak performance from your brain when your body is not getting the great nutrients it requires. Owning and running a business needs your full attention, so prioritise your health to help alleviate burn out. OK, but how?
